Welcome to RigidCore Custom Cabinetry (“RigidCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website or purchasing products from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and transactions conducted through www.RigidCore.net or directly with RigidCore.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice due to supplier or material cost fluctuations.
• Sales tax and delivery fees will be applied where required by law.
• RigidCore reserves the right to correct typographical errors or pricing mistakes at any time.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate all orders.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 3 business days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Online Orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.
• Orders will not be released or delivered until payment is received in full and cleared.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, debit card, credit card, certified check, or approved electronic transfer.

Failure to pay the balance on time may delay delivery and could result in storage fees or cancellation of the order.

• All sales are final.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once materials have been ordered, production has started, or items have shipped.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If a customer cancels after production has started, RigidCore may retain all payments made to date.

• Customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements, layouts, and design details prior to production.
• Once approved, no changes may be made.
• RigidCore is not responsible for design or measurement errors provided by the customer, installer, or contractor.
• Any reorders or modifications due to incorrect measurements are at the customer’s expense.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturer schedules, shipping delays, or weather.
• RigidCore is not liable for delays outside of its control.
• Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup.
• Any visible damage, missing items, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• If delivery cannot occur on the scheduled date due to customer issues, storage fees may apply.

• Unless explicitly stated in writing, installation services are not included in cabinet purchases from RigidCore Custom Cabinetry.
• Any installer, contractor, or subcontractor recommended, referred, or suggested by RigidCore is an independent party and not employed by RigidCore.
• All arrangements for installation, including payment, scheduling, and workmanship, are strictly between the customer and the installer.
• RigidCore assumes no liability for installation work, damages, delays, or performance of any third-party contractor.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the qualifications, insurance, and references of any installer they choose to hire.

• Because cabinetry is made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
• Approved defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must remain in original packaging and unused.
• RigidCore reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at its sole discretion.
• Refunds are not offered for color variations, wood grain differences, or normal wear and tear.
• Damaged items claims must be made before installation. No damage claims will be processed after installation.

• All products are covered only by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, if applicable.
• The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
• Warranty does not cover:
  
  • Damage from improper handling, installation, or misuse
  • Normal aging, wear, or finish variation
  • Exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs by others

RigidCore does not provide any additional or implied warranty and assumes no liability for labor, removal, installation, or related costs under any warranty claim.

• Wood, stains, and finishes may vary slightly in color, grain, or tone.
• These variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
• Painted surfaces may develop hairline cracks or shifts due to wood movement; this is normal and not covered under warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RigidCore’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• RigidCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, project delays, or loss of use.
• Customer agrees to hold RigidCore harmless from any claims related to installation, design errors, or third-party work.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Atlantic County, New Jersey.
• Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by RigidCore in enforcing these terms.

RigidCore reserves the right to photograph completed projects for promotional purposes.
Customer names, addresses, or personal details will never be shared without written consent.

By accessing www.RigidCore.net, you agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce website content without written permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the website’s operation
• Use our site for fraudulent or unlawful activity

RigidCore may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
